ARC is pleased to host to a special webinar on Thursday, February 20 at 2 p.m. ET. that will highlight North Carolina DOT’s Access in Appalachia Pilot Study.   During the webinar, the North Carolina DOT and study authors will provide deeper insights into the North Carolina DOT pilot study, which measures differences in accessibility across the state and develops replicable metrics to aid in transportation project prioritization, planning activities, and policy development.   Join us to hear more about the findings from this study, as we continue collaborating toward our shared goal to enhance safety, mobility, and access across Appalachia.  Representatives from local development districts, state DOTs, transportation researchers, and those who work in local, regional and state planning across the ARC region are encouraged to attend.
